By streamlining hybrid workflows, we help HPC centers unlock the full value of their infrastructure—boosting efficiency and driving scientific breakthroughs.
We help partner platforms orchestrate parallel computing across multiple remote and local computing systems, increasing customer experience and enabling their success.
We help enterprises and HPC centers get the best from the complex domain of classical and quantum computing, whilst making it as easy as possible to implement and consume.Â

Qoro brings together expertise across quantum computing and networking, large-scale cloud and data centre infrastructure, distributed systems, technical architecture, systems engineering, software development, algorithm design, and applied mathematics.
We are building the execution layer for heterogeneous computing — unifying CPUs, GPUs, simulators, and emerging quantum processors into scalable, coordinated systems. Headquartered in the UK with strong ties to the Munich quantum and HPC ecosystem, we operate at the intersection of advanced research and production-grade infrastructure.
Our mission is to enable scalable heterogeneous computing systems using the networks of today and tomorrow. We aim to unlock breakthroughs in computer science by coordinating CPUs, GPUs, simulators, and emerging quantum
Qoro is a deep technology company building the execution layer for heterogeneous computing. We develop orchestration software that coordinates CPUs, GPUs, simulators, and emerging quantum processors into unified, scalable systems.
Our platform provides an automated workload pipeline and a cloud-based controller that synchronizes multi-vendor clusters for optimal application execution. By abstracting backend complexity and enabling intelligent resource allocation across classical and quantum infrastructure, we make advanced computing environments easier to scale, integrate, and operate.
Qoro is advancing the architecture of modern computing by enabling intelligent coordination across diverse hardware systems. Our scalable infrastructure empowers organizations to integrate classical and emerging quantum technologies seamlessly, accelerating the transition from experimental capability to production-grade impact.

Dan comes from a strong IT background, previously leading global industry and consulting partnerships at Cisco, where he also served as a quantum technologies specialist. Dan brings a pragmatic, enterprise-first approach to the quantum industry. He focuses on helping HPC and enterprise organisations orchestrate heterogeneous quantum and classical resources to maximise return on their quantum investments. Dan is based in the UK.
Stephen holds a PhD in electrical engineering from TU Munich and spent three years at Cisco as a research scientist, where he deepened his focus on networked quantum computing systems. Driven by a vision to build the foundation for distributed quantum computing, Stephen co-founded Qoro to remove the engineering burden from quantum workflows and make quantum hardware accessible at scale. He is an active voice in the quantum community, having spoken at events such as Frankfurt Digital Finance and the Frontier Tech Conference. Stephen is based in Munich.
